Moss Studios | 17th of November 2023 | 7-8:30pm
“I am an eternal flame. And each day, my light grows stronger”
Join us for a soulful journey of healing sounds and meditation where we connect with our true essence, our eternal self. Through guided meditation and visualisation, along with immersion of healing sounds and vibrations we will become deeply relaxed and present to be able to meet with the deepest part of our being.
Meditation
We begin with a grounding and centering meditation accompanied with healing sounds from the shamanic drum, Tibetan bowls and more. Through visualisation and guided meditation we find stillness and connect with our innermost centre. This deep connection with our soul helps us take aligned actions with clarity and confidence in our daily lives.
Sound Bath
We continue our journey with a rejuvenating sound bath to soothe the body and mind. Expect sounds from the gong, Shamanic drum, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, rainstick and more. You will be lying down during the sound bath and as we become deeply relaxed we allow the body's natural healing processes to occur.
